So I had at least 4 respins in the last 30 mins that hit a win on the respin and the bonus didn’t trigger. Can someone look into this? I wasn’t paying attention previously when playing but am now.

I have screenshots of some spins that didn’t trigger the bonus if needed.

I may be mistaken but triggering the bonus round in that game is random. To be eligible you have to connect on the re-spin but that connect does not guarantee a bonus round.
