I have been chatting with support all day. I won $1214 on a 777 deluxe bonus spin and it didn’t go to my balance or show up in transactions. They’ve said they don’t see it on their end and all I got was some bonus funds that I’d have to 35x to get. Seems like the trend around here… they are “doing all they can on their end”. This isn’t normal though. There are risks when gambling but when we win we should get what we’ve won.
Again to provide context here there has been no specific spin or proof provided from your end that this was indeed a win. We understand your frustration but there are no wins that correspond to any win like this during the session you have provided to us. You can review the Forum to see plenty of other situations where we have located stuck spins or missing wins so there’s no reason for us not to grant this if we were to find an actual winning spin here.

You guys just tell me the same thing over and over. That my issues don’t relate to the site issues going on and that there isn’t anything you can do.

You should’ve taken a screenshot of the win as it happened… like of the game itself. I always take a picture, or screenshot, of my big wins… partially because I want to be able to look back & have a good memory but also in case this kind of BS were to happen. Luckily all of my big wins on ignition went to my account no problem, but that was also during a time when there weren’t nearly as many “issues” with the site. I had a hunch that people’s spins were getting messed up due to these “issues”. They really ought to refund the money that we’ve played during this time period considering we have no way of knowing if we were even playing fair, fully-functioning games.

That’s my belief. I usually screenshot after not during but I should have. This is my first instance with a problem with it not going to my account and they are saying they cant do anything. It is unfortunate

I’m happy for you that you were paid, it seems as if the system glitched up for me, or their system wasn’t working right. I’m not sure. I keep getting the run around by the moderators so I can’t tell what the issue was. That’s some nice wins turning the $6 into $2500. @Russell
Same issue with jackpot poker tournaments gits ya hard pissed when your getting eat every wgich way poossible bad beats and then ya get a win and dont even get the money. Hate going to get on chat and argue for hrs about 7 doller or 2 doller buy ins lol
