Account not upgraded in time = no cash back?

When I tried to upgrade my account to bitcoin exclusive about 2 weeks ago, it said it would take 48 hours to process. About a week later I deposited quite a bit of bitcoin and had big losses (>50k). I was expecting the 10% crypto cash back bonus, but it turns out my account was never updated!!!

I emailed the general customer service account and they credited my account $10… what a slap in the face.

Any experience with this? Is there any way I can get the crypto cash back on the deposits lost in the past week? My account is finally upgraded to bitcoin exclusive and looks like it just never registered the first time around. It would be great if Ignition would honor the bitcoin exclusive status from when I initially tried to upgrade…
