I lost $500 over the past 24 hours by this morning and received a wimpy $15 bonus with 35x rollover for my losses. Yet was told just now that was compensation for losses and now three days of issues . Yet other people get double that with reduced roll over for just the issues
It certainly would be nice to be compensated for the inconvenience of the sites issues. The only games that I could get to work correctly were ‘Gods of Giza’ and ‘Solfire’. The issues on this site have been frequent for the past couple of weeks. Some days, I can sign in… other days, I can’t.
I spoke to customer support and it took me several tries to actually convince them the site was being goofy. I would be disconnected abruptly or somehow time out during live chat and it wasn’t from anything I was doing. Every other website that I frequently visit was working smoothly without issues. Still, it was like pulling teeth trying to convince customer support that something wasn’t working correctly for me.
I know it is against Ignition’s policies, but if I used a VPN, I could sign in without any issues. But as soon as I disabled the VPN, I couldn’t even get the login page to load.
It was so unbelievably frustrating.
I had to use a VPN just to contact customer service to tell them their site wasn’t working correctly, and then once I finally spoke to someone, they said that all of my issues were because I was using a VPN. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Disabled the VPN, and still had the same issues. Only ‘Gods of Giza’ and ‘Solfire’ worked. Table games wouldn’t load, specialty games wouldn’t load, video poker games wouldn’t load, but the deposit function worked flawlessly.
Kind of strange how the deposit feature worked perfectly, but nothing else did.
If everybody’s last couple of weeks have been anything like mine…I think we should all get some sort of compensation because it was brutal and customer support was unnecessarily rude and tried putting the blame on us.
I’ll just take my money elsewhere if this continues. What’s the point of spending money here if they don’t take anything you say seriously and nothing works like it should?

Using a VPN is a good way to get banned so I wouldn’t be open about it
I don’t know why more people aren’t worried about what’s causing these site issues. It seems to be a regular occurrence and yet I’ve never seen an actual answer on the cause or the solution nor have i seen many people asking, they’re just told it’s better now and they go on their way. I mean when my power goes out and I report I can tell instantly what the cause was, how many were effected and given a window of when it will be restored… the electric company can do all that, instantly through their website, email and over the phone but this place can’t… You would think with all the money this place makes they would be able to do as least as much as my electric company but then again that might add a little too much transparency…
When you have to beg for a little something to be added when the company has issues, and know they have issues when its on their homepage, thats a shitty company and doesnt deserve your money. Any other business that did this would be out of business for lack of customers.

You’d be better off contacting chat they can usually give you a bonus within a 15 minutes or so after some big losses. If you have anything unused or unclaimed in your rewards page they will deny it though so double check you used everything and it’s empty before asking
