Anyone else having trouble connecting to the poker lobby/games

Was having issues with Sit & go games like I kept getting disconnected and now I can’t get past this screen

YEP. Just watch 20$ vanish even though I’m on a brand new iPhone 13 with perfect cell coverage. Can’t get a whiff of customer service either. This site is circling the bowl

The poker client keeps going to a blank screen when I go from my tournament tickets page and select the crypto deposit weekly free roll ticket. Instead of loading a list of tournaments to use the ticket on it just does this:

Yes this is the Ignition poker client and not a browser window.

Ok can you please try the instructions as per this page and see if that fixes it.

I always do those steps before I make a technical problem thread. But just to be thorough I went ahead and did the steps again and it’s still happening.

Ok bear with me I will check for any issues, but I’m not aware of any right now.

I’ve escalated this to the poker team, they will do some checks on it.
I will circle back once they respond to me

Ok, this is happening on the casino side as well. I’ve tried loading 6 different games, I’ve closed, reopened, logged off and back on. Performed the given troubleshooting steps again and again. Still getting …

The poker guys have responded and they are unable to replicate this issue so it does look like its your end. I will however send a ticket for further investigation to be sure.

Thank you. Why does this happen? I know it’s not due to my PC resources. I’m not running any graphic or process intensive processes or apps. Drivers are up to date, windows is up to date, this just keeps happening and it’s really getting frustrating.

I really have no idea, they have just tested it and cannot find any issue as what you are describing, according to them its working fine.

All the casino games are freezing up every few spins. It’s been impossible to play today. It’s not my PC either. I’ve cleared cache, switched browsers and the problem continues. I just watched $75 vanish!

@acepicklerick Have you been able to uninstall the software and then re-install as this may help

Yes I have uninstalled, thoroughly wiped my PC of any traces of the client. I’m still having the blank client problem when I go from the My Poker tab then click on a tournament ticket then the client goes blank. This happens no matter what ticket I click on.

@acepicklerick We have received a response from the poker team and unfortunately they have done numerous tests are unable to replicate this issue, or find any problem on our end.

In other words we’re screwed…can’t access tournament tickets Ingntion owes us

I’ve been emailing for months…sending screenshots…begging for help…NOTHING.

I’ve tried the chat many many times…NOTHING

I’m trying to access my tickets and I get NOTHING

Ignition has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

so your users have it happening EVERY DAY,we can even record it for you… and you just can’t figure out WTF is wrong
