Being disconnected while playing multiple tournaments

I never had a connection issue until about 2-3 months ago but now every time I play multiple tables I’m constantly being disconnected while playing. It’s ALWAYS when I click on another table and then the site just resets and by the time I’m able to log back in I’ve missed my turn and it’s beyond aggravating. Especially when I raise and then I’m booted from site and come back to see that I’m sitting out cause I didn’t call the re raise or missed action on next turn. This has happened several times preflop while I’m holding premium hands like AA or KK.

If im playing one table then I never have an issue. If I’m playing 2 tables then it’s maybe once every 90 minutes. 3 tables is pretty much my go to and that’s around 1-2 disconnections per hour. 4 tables is just out of the question for me now because I will get booted once every 15 min. Why is this happening? This was never an issue before a couple months ago? Is anyone else experiencing this? I know its not my device because I’ve tried tablet and phones. Does anyone experience this on PC? Maybe I need to just go back cheap laptop or chromebook to play?

Not be to rude @moderators but please don’t reply with clear your cache or check your connection or any of that. I’m not a moron, all of that is cleared and connection is fine. It’s something with the system that has changed over the last couple months. I just want to hear from players if this an issue on Pc as well or just mobile? Thanks

Definitely not just me then

Of course it happened several times again tonight. Once when I was raised with AA so I re raise for half my stack and then disconnected. I came back and I was sitting out. So he obviously re-raised me and I timed out.

So even though it happens daily I reached out to support to complain for the first time and was told since I played 99% of the tourney there’s nothing they can do for me. Even though he could see I was disconnected. Such BS!

I’m done feeling cheated and not appreciated. I know I sound ridiculous because obviously this is a casino thats about making money but I deposit and play everyday. This is literally the first time I’ve ever actually complained even though there’s been dozens of times I should’ve reached out before. Im going back to ACR!

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Please message us and tell us more about the issues, the date and time, tournament numbers and the Buy-ins. We’ll look into them.

These disconnections are getting out of control. Always when I have a big hand and raise too. It’s started to seem fishy at this point. I can only blame myself for continuing to play but I don’t think I can out myself through this anymore

I’ve been experiencing a lot of timeouts recently. They’re not disconnections in the sense that the poker client doesn’t show any kind of error or connectivity message - it just stops showing any activity, and when I close and re-open the table I find that the action has continued without me.

Yesterday I was playing a tournament and the issue caused me to fold pocket aces. I would have won a 200,000 pot and finished significantly higher in the tournament I was playing. Support says that there wasn’t “an issue on their end” and because I was able to return and continue playing the majority of the tournament there won’t be any compensation.

Yes, I was able to close the table and return to the tournament 30 - 40 times (after each disconnection). But the disconnections cost me the tournament.

Really not good enough.

Hi @jimpoker, I’m sorry to hear about that. Please provide more information and I’ll check it for you.

Thanks for the reply.

I have been experiencing repeated timeouts and stability problems with the poker client. The way it manifests is that it will look as though nobody is taking action on the table, but actually the action has continued without me and the client hasn’t prompted me to take any action. There’s no disconnection or timeout error message - the client just freezes. To fix it I need to close and re-open the table. Sometimes I need to do that once every 3 hands, and sometimes when I re-open the table, the loading screen gets stuck at 59%.

I have done a broadband speed and connectivity test and there are no problems with my internet connection.

I experienced this while playing three tournaments yesterday and one today. The worst one yesterday was tournament #47861963. In hand 4608203057 I was dealt pocket Aces and experienced the timeout issue pre-flop, meaning I couldn’t call the all-ins that were happening. While I was closing and re-opening the table my turn timed out and the pocket Aces were folded. The hand went to showdown and I would have won it with a full house, 7’s full of A’s and won nearly 200,000 chips. This would have set me up very well to continue in the tournament.

I had this exact issue except it happened 2 hands into a Jackpot SitnGo game and wasn’t able to reopen the game anymore but since I wasn’t technically disconnected @moderators said they couldn’t help and it must be an issue on my end

Yeah good luck with getting any sort of compensation. When it happened to me I was told that it was isolated to me and they didn’t see any connection issues on their end and I was told sorry for you basically. This was in a tourney that I was playing for 3.5 hours and half of my chips in the pot and then was re raised and then disconnected. Coke back to the table to see I would’ve had one quad kings and jumped up to 3rd place. Instead half my chips were lost and then got knocked out of tourney shortly after. I was livid. If you try to play multiple tourneys at once on mobile poker then the disconnections and timeouts are non stop. I’ve given up with this site
