Best hand in Straight or Full House

Apparently with a tied Straight (same high card) in PLO , the site calls a winner for the person who has the highest cards in their hand, rather than community board. Not sure if that is the correct rule in Poker.

Similarly, same high Full House awards winner with the highest pair in their hand, rather than from community cards. I can’t find that rule anywhere either, most sites say it’s a draw.

Are you sure you’re not glossing the fact that 2 cards are required to make the hand active?

@Saveslives With PLO, it is correct to use the 2 highest cards in the hand. 2 cards from hand and 3 from board is required in plo. Str on the board is irrelevant.
