I made a 20dollar deposit and a ten dollar deposit but have not recieved my bitcoin freeroll ticket. Ive waited 3 different times at customer service since yesterday with no answer. I assume the holiday is why… pleasee whatever you can do to ussur this its literally why i deposited at ignition this time. Just want this resolved and a simple free ticket issued and i would be very happy thank you!!
