Am I still able to withdraw via bitcoin?
If so, how do I get there? Your help section has two different parts, screens don’t match. One is new method voucher, another is how to withdraw.

Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals are currently offline for all players, and we’re working on getting them back up as soon as possible; ill let you know when they are.
In regard to the Help Section, the Bitcoin FAQ’s can be found here although not applicable until we have the option up again.

You may have already noticed, but the issue has bee resolved, so you’ll now see the option to request a withdrawal via Bitcoin.
