Why can’t I get into any slot games …nothing happens when I try to play…why???
I’m not seeing anything here on your account that would affect this, further casino games seem to be available on our end. can you clarify the issue here? Are you having connection issues with casino games? There doesn’t appear to be anything common going on that we see s this may be isolated.
We would suggest some basic troubleshooting like clearing cache and cookies, and using Chrome in Incognito mode first. Let us know if you’re able to join any games.
What is incognito mode?
This is essentially a different mode in Google Chrome that is more private and avoids cookies which sometimes helps to avoid connections issues. You can create an incognito window by using the 3 ellipses in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.
