I logged in earlier today just fine a few hours ago. I tried logging back in just now and it says incorrect username/password. I reset password and can’t login with new password either. I try getting in touch with support via chat, “no agents available”
Trying to give you my money… But nobody’s responding. I can’t get through to agent via chat, I’ve sent an e-mail with no response, and not a single reply on this forum thread…
@You won’t get a response through email until tomorrow, in my experience anyway. Unless there’s an actual problem they’re just gonna give you the same run down they do for everything, clear cache, try incognito, try a different browser, try another device and try password reset if the options available.
It seems this issue was resolved.
