That’s a complete lie. I’ve tried live chats for 10 days and have not gotten a agent yet!

Wait 15 minutes for them to disconnect in about 2 minutes when you have no clue if they’ll reply

I’ve had this same issue… I’ve waited hours… I’ve also waited to the point I’ve fallen asleep while waiting…

Another issue… I have experienced nothing but poor customer service and bad information from customer service chat agents on Ignition.

I had a serious issue occur with my first deposit bonus (the poker and casino welcome bonus)… and couldn’t get a hold of a chat agent for over an hour (kept waiting 20 minutes at a time). So I haven’t logged on in two days. I get on the chat, and thank fully they immediately respond to me. That put me in an awesome mood from the get go… well, it was too good to be true because the agent that “helped” me, Laure C. Was so rude to me and did nothing to help me with the issue I had and did nothing to try and even comprehend what my problem was. He had me sitting there waiting for a response from him for several minutes, only to come back with a response that had nothing to do with the problem I asked him to help me solve. He abruptly ended our chat! I felt like I had been hung up on lol.
I get back in the queue after a few minutes… and the next agent refused to get me a manager to report what had happened with Laure C. Wtf… I’m new to ignition, but I’ve deposited over 700 being on here for two weeks (and not a single withdrawl)… and still haven’t received any perks… I don’t know if this is the norm here or what but I’m not a fan of Ignition from what I’ve experienced so far.

I’ve had a little bit of this lately too. It makes me wonder if Service is outsourced. If not, some of the live agents do struggle with English and basic gambling terms. Recently, I spoke to a Supervisor on this issue. She asked for some patience as they have a lot of new associates

Chat isn’t working at all. Like the chat button is doing nothing at all

We don’t have any issues with our Chat system, please try clearing your cache for the browser or using a different browser.

It takes forever to connect with a live agent. For me, sometimes up to 10 minutes. There had to be some overload
