I cashed out what else I had .

We did experience a delay in transactions appearing for both buy ins and cash outs. So the activity shown would’ve been something you did prior to logging off for the night but just showed afterwards
So since the site is not working every day for 2 weeks, where there is actually less money in my account then there is , that screws my bankroll management up if I had decent amount of money in my account , luckily I don’t .
If I look at my bank .
I play certain games based on my bankroll .
This site is making it impossible to even have fun playing poker , let alone make money .

Logged in to play at about 900 last night. Played on one table, got stuck at 99% at other tables. Left tables and money wasn’t applied to my account. Buyins are continually being taken from my account even though I’m not logged in. My balance is now almost gone over 30k. can anyone stop this?

My my account have drain to 1.01 from 901 last night i didnt play anything after just watching it drain keep showing I am buying in for cash game what is going on. I already send a email. No response seriously when is this going to be fix. Didnt you say the funds is safe? I need some answers please!!!
@Coinbud We experienced a delay in transactions appearing from buy ins and then a delay with the table cash out. Our team are working on this now to get all funds returned
I had the 99% problem last night and never was able to play. Then had multiple transactions during the night while I was sleeping (table buy ins and cash outs) that drained 2/3 of my account $25 at a time. Some of it was restored but I’m still missing $100. Please correct ASAP. Thanks.

Woke up and logged in this morning after not being able to log in at all last night. Now missing over $1k from my account balance.

Looks like I was bought into games over and over, but was never cashed out - even though I wasn’t even logged into the client.

There’s been several games I’ve been kicked from and not able to get back on the site , I’m not going to sit waiting on chat for a hour for a 1 dollar buy in , for it only to tell me no one is available …
But after the 5th-10th dollar I’m sick of it .
I’m tired of buying into a game for a day later to find out that once it’s time for the game , the site lags out . Then when I’m able to get on I’m already lost half my stack . So I try to get back up but I’m already tilted .
I feel every time I Lagg out and Jump back in the hand . But it already Siri folded ,… that’s when I have pocket aces when 2 aces on the board while 3 players go all in .
But I can’t do shit because this worthless site can’t keep our investments secure .

@CSC720 there was a delay in transactions showing from earlier so it may have shown buy ins when not online but it was just from previous play and in turn you will also see the cashouts which were delayed as well
No it was not previous play. Some one was using my account sitting at cash tables while i was asleep this morning. when will my missing money be returned to my account?
