Diamond VIP Invite

Ok, gottcha. Now how can I get more benefit out of my diamond tier rewards level? I’d like to request an account review by the promotions team to be considered for some improved benefits. I may not be a super huge whale, but I am and should be treated as a valued customer.

As stated above, your Tier level does provide better reward store offers and is taken into account when creating marketing or promotional activities. If simply asking for a bonus or additional offers this is at the discretion of the marketing team and not something we can provide on our end as it’s account sensitive.

Just curious on what does it take to be invited to the VIP diamond level? And is there any perks that come with it?

We have moved your question here, as it’s related to this Topic.

Yeah, they raised the amount they would match, but then raised the rollover from 25x to 35X…makes sense, lol.

People are still under the impression that your legacy “tier” level is what matters to casino marketing. Tiers/card colors/levels are a gimmick, which is why you can jump up with hotel and dining spend, or by getting approved for the right credit card in some clubs.

Your worth to a casino is based solely off your theoretical loss. Theo is based on your rated average bet, the house edge in the games you play, the decisions per hour, and the hours played.

A brand new player playing $350 per spin solo at a roulette table is going to get far better comps than a legacy VIP player who currently bets $15/hand at single deck BJ for 2 hours/week.

I definitely agree, anyone I know personally who has been on Ignition 6+ months gets about 1/4 of the rewards (random point deposits, freespins, bonus play etc) that I recieve. But if you compare their deposits/play to mine, it’s roughly the same amount but I’ve only been on here since early December. So someone may say"but I’ve deposited X amount over the last 12 months" but what they don’t realize is I’ve deposited close to the exact amount as them, only difference is I did it in 60 days vs 365 days.

Hello. I’ve been playing for 2 years as well and am way above the diamond tier. How does one become a host?

Hosted status is by invite only.

OK, not sure why nobody had pointed this out, BUT…

Main difference as far as I’ve been able to tell between Titanium and Diamond:

1x rollover birthday bonus:

  • for Titanium: $100
  • for Diamond: $500

Cost of “free cash” - reduced price offers in miles:

  • for Titanium: 85% (21250 miles for $25)
  • for Diamond: 75% (18750 miles for $25)

That’s it… And honestly… I’m good with that… Making it to Diamond felt like an achievement when I reached out a couple years ago, and it was… It’s also an achievement that keeps paying for itself, every year, on my birthday lol…

I’ve been getting hosted on and off for a while, I think it’s dependent on how much you’ve deposited recently, not total played. I just passed 10,000,000 lifetime miles though…. Was hoping some kind of a surprise for that but nothing has appeared.
