Error, ” We’re not able to process your request at this time. Please try again.”

Randomly, the error message, “We’re not able to process your request at this time. Please try again.” pops up in a small window on the center of the screen. Sometimes, multiple instances of this error message will open in rapid succession. This is a distraction and annoyance. Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

This happens to me too. Usually when there’s lag like on the last Sunday of the GSPO when there was alot of traffic.

Yes I have been seeing the same message also

Instead of just saying you are escalating this can you tell us what causes this? This has been a bug for YEARs and still no explanation.

I’m on PC using Windows 10 and I’m playing MTTs and some tables are freezing up and reconnecting minutes later and it seems to usually happen when I am all in. This is only happening on some tables not all. Also the error message attached is constantly popping up in the middle of my screen and it is becoming quite distracting, annoying, and interfering with my play.

Experienced exactly the same issues as you today as well. Definitely cost me in some spots where I was timed out in the middle of hands due to the freezing and error messages. Very annoying and distracting. Really hurts the player experience as well. Seems there’s a number of bugs still needing to be worked out since the site went down a couple weeks ago. Hope this is all sorted out soon.

I found a possible fix for this problem… When you enter a tournament and when you see yourself listed in the tournament, then CLOSE the lobby (x) out for the tournament and don’t re-open it… It has worked so far. Try it and see if it works for you… Matt007

Thank you for posting this fix, everyone please let us know if this works! We are still currently looking into this.

I’ve had these error messages pop with just the main poker lobby open before I even register for a tournament or open a tournament lobby. Sorry to say that hasn’t fixed anything for me.

Try closing all apps and browsers…before you register… then try to open them after the game loads and starts… If you need them open. Just what works for me I have no other options for you.

I have noticed this error pops up a lot more if any tournament lobbies are open. The error will still pop up sometimes when the scheduled tournaments tab is selected and no tournament lobbies are open. It makes me wonder if this error is exclusive to the scheduled tournament lobby and individual tournament lobbies. Anyone have this error pop up while playing cash/zone games or while viewing the cash/zone lobbies?

Just to chime in…This has been annoying me for months as well. Sometimes I’ll get up to 25 of these in quick succession. thanks for looking into this.

When is this issue going to be fixed? It is extremely annoying and disruptive to game play to have this message repeatedly pop up over and over and over and over and over and over again. Especially when playing on multiple tables.

I have received probably over a 1000 of these messages in about 1 hr of playing. Absolutely ridiculous. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Try to fix this please. Super laggy past 2 days. Shut it down, system reset.
