Continuing the discussion from World Cup Free Spins:

I got an email saying my free spins were rewarded but then told I couldn’t use them because I have been excluded from bonuses. My ‘argument’ on this is that it was not labeled as a bonus on the tournament buy in. Just an extra enticement to enter. The word BONUS was never included.

Technically since the spin winnings have rollover attached, they are a “bonus”. Consider it a blessing.
