I try to log into the $2,500 FeeeRoll at 8:05 pm but the options to enter username and password will not open or allow me to log in? I tried clicking log in icon 5 times but failed nothing seems to appear as normal. I was not allowed to logged in so i clear my cache and cookies and also reset my network and also restart my ipad and nothing seemed to work so i was not allowed to get into Ignitioncasino poker.
please give me another ticket for me to register or something else in addition to this logged in failure 7/28/22 at 8:30 pm.

Happens to me all the time
It is infuriating having the customer service people tell you to do the same thing over and over and over again when it is ineffective. If it was as simple as clearing the the cache and restarting the modem/router, I wouldn’t have contacted customer service.
Why is it that every other site that I visit frequently is working seemlessly? Only the Ignition site has issues, but you guys think it’s on my end? How dumb do you think we are? We might donate a bunch of our money chasing a jackpot that we’ll never win, but we aren’t brain dead.
If there is no compensation awarded within 24 - 48 hours, I’m done with this casino.
