I should be able to download my hand history when I sear a date range, but I don’t ever see a “download” button. I’m using the Ignition software on Windows, but I’ve also tried the web portal using Chrome.
Did the option get taken out? I’m new to Ignition, so this is the first time I’ve tried to download my hand history.

Welcome to the forum 
You’ll be able to download your hands 24 hours after they were played out.
From the ‘Hand History’ tab on the software, select ‘Game Transactions’ and you’ll be able to filter for the hands there.

Has this process changed? I do not have a download button available to me in the hand history section even is it is 24hrs old. Can you assist?

No, I have not been able to ever find a download button on the site.
I believe that is the hand history for the web client. The download button is only on the software for PC.
