HDJ Not paying on playlines

People have won a bonus round on a display error? Wow, that would be awesome!

Could you send me documentation of a moderator reaching out to a customer letting them know this?

Our support team would reach out to players to notify them of this. However both these situations including the one in the thread here are rare

I actually have hit a bonus round when the display showed reels that were not a bonus.

While I am not here to defend ignition I will state my experience.

It usually occurred with Big Money Big Foot and games that share the same back end design as that game.

This was not really an issue until flash was cut from use a couple of years ago.

In my experience spinning in a fast manner on these games led me to get out of sync for some reason. By this I mean the payout did not correspond to the reels displayed.

How long it would take to get out of sync would vary but the one pattern that was consistent was that I would be spinning in a fast manner and stopping the reels.

That being said I canā€™t recall many display errors on the newer games but have had it happen, albeit never in my favor.

What are we talking about here? Itā€™s a $.20 bet line of rings. That canā€™t pay that much. Maybe $10? I donā€™t play Cleo so I donā€™t know the payouts. Why not just pay her and move on? I do that all the time in my business to make sure the customer is happy and comes back. It definitely pays more than $.05. Good luck @Rachaelmckinney

Itā€™s a $2 win

Same thing happpens to me on big money Bigfoot and cash money mermaids. I love those games by the way haha

Display error also happens in live casino but what causes them are different.

You would not be expected to be paid out even in la ive casino. They take the numbers the chip generates so if the display shows jackpot but the rng does not then casino would not pay outā€¦

There is actually a famous case about a lady who hit jackpot in live casino but rng did not support. She did not win. Iā€™m sure they took care of her a little bit though

However , itā€™s a twenty cent spinā€¦ At most itā€™s $20
ā€¦ very cheap way to take care of a customer while educating everyone else about display errors.

Fyi, check my post history Iā€™m no ig flunky but right is right and wrong is wrong.

Good day

They wouldnā€™t know about it bc they donā€™t check every spin only the ones with issue

Well thatā€™s disturbingā€¦.

Ignition Casino is currently licensed by Curacao eGaming. If you feel Ignitions answer insufficient, I advise you to file a complaint.

imp

Well i just went to the website and it saidā€¦UNLICENSED

This is the one you need

Either way anybody can go online and pay for a license from these people. They donā€™t care who you are, scum of the earth trying to get rich off of the backs of people or the most reputable business, as long as you have a credit card you can get licensed.

Do you have sources? I have done some research out of my own interest and curiosity.

Iā€™ve done some as well, Iā€™d love to hear some of your thoughts on what you have concluded about some of the information youā€™ve acquired. As far as the license, you can go to their website, they say theirs a process but anyone can apply, you have to pay a fee but itā€™s one of the easiest places to get one. Iā€™m not going to pretend I have all the answers or know what this places intentions are but anyone who looks just a little will find that it seems these ā€œisolated site issuesā€ have been happening the entire life of Ignitionā€¦

Iā€™d be happy to post some of the stuff I found. Itā€™ll take me time to find where I bookmarked it. I will put out there that the 1 thing I wish Ignition would agree to do is have their RNG verified by a 3rd party.

Yes I agree, some online sites have a certified person come in and audit there games and Iā€™ve seen some that say customer audited RNG, which Iā€™m not sure how that works, but Iā€™ve never seen anything from Ignition.

I was actually planning on doing a somewhat similar test myself. Actually looking for the difference in rtp of practice play vs real money play. Still working out the details before I start any of the long drawn out testing

I think Iā€™ve mentioned before, but I have kept spread sheets of all my spins. Of course you could keep whatever data you want but mine is usually: the date, my deposit amount if applicable, my starting balance, my game+spin amount, then results of course and my balance upon exit. I also do something similar with poker but I donā€™t play poker here. It doesnā€™t take away from any amount of spinning if you keep track on a separate device or even paper to record laterā€¦

Just a thought but it would also be interesting to see if anything changes upon using a deposit bonus as to regular play without. Iā€™m by no means a huge player here, honestly I deposit much more elsewhere, but if youā€™d like to collaborate somehow just let me know.
