i had a good hit on goblins gold just now with five wilds landing on a payout line, but was never paid for that line when it showed all the winning lines and total win for the spin. there were about 7 or 8 winning lines besides that one. according to the rules in the game wild can count for any symbol and i double checked it was indeed a payline in the rules i have a video of all the winning lines being highlighted and a picture of the paylines chart to verify
After double checking everything over I actually have two different Paylines with five wilds and was paid for neither trying to upload image and video now

i have video of all the wilds being used separately for other paylines so not possible to be a display error. i have faith theyll fix it if i can get a mod to reply.

all good mate, remember positive mindset changes everything. i cant think recall a single time i was winning when i was in a bad or grumpy mood. i try to ask myself often if im having fun or not and if not then its time to take a break from the games and come back another time. if i actually followed that process everytime i would have saved so much money over the years lol. best of luck

I see you bet $3 on the 30 lines for a $0.10 denomination and hit on 11 lines awarding winnings of $61.40
That’s the problem I really hit 13 lines and only 11 were counted and paid. both line # 5 and #13 are five wilds in a row which can count for any symbol according to the rules in the game but they didn’t count as any type of hit for me

There’s no way in hell , I have video proof of multiple lines hitting and paying that wouldn’t of hit or paid if that’s what it really was.
These too…. I wasn’t even really upset about maybe a 40-50 dollar difference on the spin I just wanted to bring the game error to attention so it could be fixed. But now I worried what’s really going on here. That’s three lines that hit and payed which are impossible on the image you show
On review some of the payouts do seem to be showing the TNT symbol on our end as well. We have escalated this to look into it now.

stay positive!!! I’m positive they screw everyone over doesn’t matter how much you deposit or how much you bet or anything. It used to be a lot different here, about three years ago I was always satisfied with the outcome of an issue. Cant believe I still play here!! lol

the bottom left was the same with my "display error ". maybe because people dont pay as much attention to that line so you guys can screw them over easier! Just a thought I wanted to share, doesnt matter anyway nothing will be done about the “Display errors”.
I’ve had three different sessions this week where I deposited less than a hundred and ran it up to four figures before cashing out. I’m telling ya I’ve never once won myself when I was in a bad mood. If you’re not feeling it take a break and come back after a bit it helps . Probably won 4-5k this week . Coolers go around and so do heaters
