Hey foster can I get an eta on the timeframe to look into something like this once itās escalated , just curious so I have an idea and donāt need to keep checking the forum to see if thereās any updates. Thanks . Also itās not just the bottom left corner but the one to the top right if that as well thatās impossible to not be a wild. As they both needed to be wilds in order for the line hit in third image I uploaded . Iāve noticed this game has had done problems in this kind of situation before. This is just the first time I documented it to try and help bring any bugs in the game to ignitions attention . As I Said above I was really more concerned about the glitches in the game than payment of the spin as itās one of my favorite games and Iām sure these kind of bugs throw off the overall rtp. That being said itād still be nice to be compensated for the prizes on lines that hit and I wasnāt awarded. Thanks again - josh

Thatās ok. I have a video of all the winning lines that paid if that helps. Iām unable to upload it to this thread but may be able to send in a pm. Iāve noticed that game has had quite a few errors where lines hit and werenāt recognized as winners this was just the first one I was able to document. The rest were all small paying lines anyways and usually occurred within the free spins . If you send me a pm I can try to get you the video or work something else out so itās not some big long public thread. I know people have been giving you guys a hard time lately and Iām sure something like This doesnāt help
Okay what is going on here? Itās been almost a week since the gameplay, Iāve had to prove to you guys that it wasnāt a display error after it was tried to be passed off as one . I was pretty much done with these guys prior to this. But after seeing how they handled both of these situations I am 100% done. Good luck to you two on future gambling wherever it might be.

Wow the guys is showing complete proof screenshots and still getting screwed by ignition. This shit is getting ridiculous. Give him his correct winnings. Just seeing this situation tells me not to play on ignition ever again. Wtf happened to this site seriously? Ignition screwed so many people these past couple months.

Correct. And two full lines of 5 wilds on Paylines # 5 and # 13 should have Been counted as x500 bet per line each given the pay table wilds can count for any symbol per the game rules and the highest value symbol is x500 bet per line for a 5 in a row hit
