It’s just two $50 line hits for $100 total that wasn’t included in the spin payout. It’s such a simple thing yet they’ve given me the run around for almost a week now to tell me it was only $6 short…. Can’t show me any photo of how it was just $6 or any type
Of evidence as to how they came up with that. I have deposited well over ten thousand here each month past couple months . Not a very smart business plan to chase a customer like that away over a measly $100 . I’ve had to go back and forth using proof to just and try and get awarded the prizes I rightfully hit while playing here like a damn lawyer in a court case . If you have to document your gameplay for proof to ensure you aren’t being ripped off by the casino, it’s time to start looking for a new one
So who advised it was only $6 missing? How did they come up with that number? What lines / combinations wasn’t included the first time that should have been? I haven’t been given any details into the “update” after the issue was escalated just told got $6….

Maybe like a “We apologize for the inconvenience Trout. We added $94 to your account. Also, we added an additional $20 free bonus for your trouble.” I don’t know Trout, but he is probably on the fence regarding if he wants to stick with you guys or not. A little something might make him stick around.
Trout says he throws in about $10,000 a month. Let’s just say the other 3 of us throw in $1,000 a month. $13,000 a month. $156,000 of gameplay in a year. You might have just costed your company $156,000 a year based on how you guys handled this situation.
Not trying to be a a$$hole, but a little thought and effort would make it better for Ignition as well as the customers.
