Jackpot Sit n Go Startup Errors & Player Collusion

has anyone else experienced these issues:
• nearly everytime you try to start a jackpot Sit n go it it says “We can’t start this at this time please try again later.” but it actually took the money to start the round and you have yo back out to account dashboard and go back in to poker and click my tournaments to see that the round already started without you joining the table
•Players that operate with the following strategy in collusion with eachother: One of them folds every hand no matter what until they have no choice, and the other goes all in every hand regardless of what they have as their two cards and they do this until you’re knocked out or one of them are and then presumably they split the winnings 50-50 afterwards. It’s extremely obvious especially when it happens every single game and the play patterns are indicative of working together behind the scenes and I theorize there are 4 players working together who will join in sets of two at the same time to try to get the same table. Is this something that can be looked into? it kinda takes a lot of the enjoyment out of the game when you face the same strategy every match.

Has anyone else experienced anything like these issues in their matches?

In the event that you experience issue with a jackpot sit and go; just PM the moderators with the details (tournament number) and we can review it for you.

As for any expected collusion; please also send a PM with all the relevant details (tournament, seat numbers, little summary of the issue) and we will forward those details to our poker team to investigate as we take these situations very seriously.

Yes I have.

Hey Matt, I’m not directing this comment towards you, but I wanted to get it in writing…I wanted to say that every time that I had the issues listed in this post, I’ve been told the same thing every time:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Use Google Chrome and clear out your cookies and other site data

It always seems like the issue is never on the end of Ignition, and every single time that I call in, the other resolution for this has been to issue me another ticket for the tournament.

What bothers me about this is every time I call in about this, hearing them tell me to clear out cookies and use Google Chrome…It makes me feel like I’m at fault and that I’m doing something wrong. Or that they aren’t reading the notes from when I called in previously.

This issue happened to me last night and today. You click on the button and nothing opens up…I have to log out and when I log back in, 4 rounds have already passed…Then I would get issued a ticket for that same tournament just seconds later, and when I try and use the ticket, I need up having the same problem as I did before…At that point I don’t call back.

But what’s the point of calling in or sending in screenshots when the same advice is given to you after each time a person reports these issues?

Thank you Sir.

I have experienced the same issues time and again also. I gave up reporting pretty much anything to support. After they patronize us with “clear the cache” it turns condescending.

Unfortunately, i doubt the casino would ever admit being at fault. To do so would leave them liable for damages incurred by faulty software.
That would be a PR nightmare, as well as financially devastating.

So when there is a site wide issue which is clearly on our end; then we know what the problem and how its affected everyone. However, when joining a table with 2 or 6 members and we see that they have all been playing fine; in most cases then not; it would appear to be an isolated situation in which basic troubleshooting should help.

But again, feel free to send us details anytime is happens and we’re more then happy to look into it further for everyone

I have been trying to play a Jackpot sit-and-go tournament after receiving some free entries due to the desktop client crashing yesterday, but the JP SNG tab won’t load on my browser (Google Chrome, already cleared data and cookies before trying) and the JP SNG tab is just not even visible on the desktop client (Mac). When will JP SNG be up again?

Sounds good, thank you. If you guys could get that up ASAP that’d be great, it’s literally the only thing I play on Ignition

alright, thanks. Good to know that you guys take the collusion stuff seriously, even in the more casual modes like jackpot s&g

and I’m glad that I’m not the only one who has experienced those issues but only to the point that it means that the issue isn’t something specific to me and that the jackpot sit & go game mode has been taken offline is almost like further validation that some funky technical thing must have been going on behind the scenes and that they’re working on fixing it now, which is good. I am cautiously optimistic to see the issues we covered in this thread be resolved and we all get to just play, hahah.

Yeah Jackpot S&G was pretty much all I played too but since it’s been down I’ve been playing cash hands and sometimes zone which are fun too, I just really like the casual quick chaos of the jackpot s&g mode because it’s straightforward and everyone starts on the same small chip stack.

Thanks for sharing your experiences as well guys, and good luck let’s hope the glitches are behind us now!

I made three #2 sit & go poker deposits but all three games only loaded 59% and locked up. I lost all three $2 deposits and never played a hand.
