I absolutely agree! They did the same here with the crypto promotion to me… I’ve stayed clear from bovada . Last Easter I got very lucky and won $20,000 on let’m ride and ever since I have not received anything as far as customer appreciation so to speak… I deposited 1500 in 2 days and lost and I asked why no bonus? I asked because ignition, cafe, slots lV all issue suprise messages with points or miles so I was just curious to why bovada didn’t anymore, The customer service rep told me that since I won that my deposit to withdrawal ratio was not in their favor and that the can’t even issue me anything for that 1500 and it was almost a year later. I totally agree. I have won some good money here, but since my last cash out, nothing. I have put thousands back and it’s obvious something is different. I am going to go back to just going to the casino. I know you can’t win everytime, but after my last cash out, it is obvious something is different. I can’t even play long at all because it just eats my money up…I mean NOTHING. Totally sucks because this was legit. Got me sucked in and now putting the wood to me

Hello so this time on my last deposit I did take a video of my entire play as you suggested (bc you cant record such large amount of data for every play by every player) to show how I never got any bonus spins on bigger bets and the huge lag that was weirdly even huger with bigger bets despite being in the same spot with good service…I guess I shoulda read the community forum first of everyone else having these same problems, my mistake not to look at the reviews.
