First I’m told after 3 hours your ticket was refunded i mention several times there was 3 seperate games on the 12th then after finally finding a agent who looks into it I’m told it was just a minor disconnection even tho I was auto folded 4 times after disconnection king queen suited us minor disconnection in a 60 dollar sng ??
This has already been discussed through PM, and this is the tournament that you were refunded for previously. The ticket was returned to you on the 12th.
Also, please note that this doesn’t prove that there were any disconnections and on review there were no disconnections on our end at that time either. This is likely isolated to your side, so we do recommend reinstalling the client to ensure you have a clean install and fresh updates.
