Hi there. I made a deposit this week using my Crypto Exclusive benefits. I received all of the other benefits except the ticket for the bitcoin exclusive tournament today. Can someone look into this please?
Unfortunately you wouldn’t be eligible for this week’s freeroll. It requires a crypto deposit the week prior to Friday as this is when the ticket is issued. you are now eligible for next Sunday’s for the deposit yesterday.
Ahh, okay that makes sense. So I would have had a ticket issued to me after today then I assume?
The tickets are issued Friday for the following Sunday.
