I will start by saying that I am a long time contributor to this site and possibly the biggest fool i have ever known. I have deposited many thousands of dollars here and have never once withdrawn a single penny. I play the casino slot games exclusively knowing full well that I’m sending my cash down a one way street. Thet used to be a little better back in the day… I could sometimes deposit a couple hundred and play for 30 minutes or so but these days it’s like snow skiing… all down hill. Occasionally I might hit a few dollars only to have the game turned off like a faucet until every penny is gone and I’m right back to 100’s of spins with not a single line win or bonus rounds that pay out less than my bet if anything at all. Sometimes I’ll have 20 line wins and it will pay 8 cents. It doesn’t matter which game I play, what I once thought was just a streak of bad luck continues With that said, there were a couple of hours a few months back when everything was oh so different. Granted it was only a couple of hours amid a 5 year losing streak but those 2 hours were amazing. Everything I touched turned to gold. I watched my cash balance go through the roof as I sat there on that porcelain throne… king of the online slots!! I kept increasing my bets as every bonus round delivered win after win until that pinnacle moment… a $5000 bonus round on 777’s. My cash balance was almost $7000 and I was on top of the world. I wanted to tell the world but I have to hide the fact that I gamble online from my wife so I just celebrated quietly with myself. I felt vindicated. And just like that. 30 minutes later I was back at zero again and now more addicted than ever in the faint hope of feeling that again. The issue that has haunted me since that day is a $25 bet that triggered the bonus round on Surprising 7’s. Every bonus was delivering mega wins and I had just upped my bet to $25. The bonus round began and i couldnt wait to see how much my big bet was going to deliver. I hit the spin button and the reels rolled into action. They were spinning fast like they were racing each other to a checkered flag win! And they kept spinning, and spinning, and spinning. They didnt reach the finish line. As a matter of fact to this day they are still spinning. I can open the Surprising 7’s game on any device, any browser, any computer and it takes me right back to that bonus round with a $25 bet… just spinning away in perpetual motion. I have tried all the suggestions from the kind souls at the call centers and chat lines and trust me they have suggested everything from clearing the cache to doing an Indian dance around a dead chicken but nothing stops the spinning. The problem has been elevated, escalated and investigated to no avail. How ironic is it that the first time I ever bet over $10 on a single spin goes into the bonus only to encounter some sort of “glitch” or maybe nor a glitch that denies me the only possibility for a truly epic win that I have been given in 5 years of faithful play. So there you have it in hard back novel form. I’m not much on blogging. This is my last ditch effort to find a solution to my problem that is slowly destroying my faith in this site. I really just cant justify continuing to send money here with the notion that every chance I might get to win big will be blocked by some sort of system glitch. I have never heard of such a think unless there is a disconnection - I’ve had the ever-spinning reels but they typically time out and you refresh the browser and is usually ok. . . What kind of CPU or device are you playing on? And i know what you mean man - but gambling is just that - if you want to feel a bit better, back in the day when it was mainly bovada i ran up a $18,000 balance form .25cents. … and then gave it back, but thats my fault… . Slots are the worst thing you can expect to get a profit out of. . But they are an adrenaline rush. . . How long has this been in limbo mode?? I’ve dealt with every possible problem you can imagine and have had them work out in the end. . I know its hard to stay patient, but have confidence in the mods here because they are really good. . .
As far as slots all the sudden going cold - it is what it is. . My best advice to you is as soon as you hit 5-10 dead spins in a row, GTFO and hit up a new slot. . Or take a break. . I have actually profited on this site and it’s because i am a slow gambler. . I dont just speed spin, I’ve actually convinced myself that hanging back and taking it easy gives me more entertainment, but also, notice more bonuses. .but when i play any slot - which was only about 5 out of the other 131 garbage slots that are not even RTP’d. . I can make a better suggestion to you though. . . K
I have neither heard of constantly spinning wheels, however @Kennyrogers I have checked the ticket for this and it appears to be closed with the Casino team reporting that the game is active with no issues, and advising you to do some troubleshooting at your end.
I have opened a new ticket to have it re-checked again, as i can see the spins are still showing as open and incomplete, but if they found no issue the first time it’s likely I will get the same response again unfortunately. In the meantime if you could try trouble shooting again, including clearing cache and cookies, and trying a new browser etc this might help.
We will report back once we get and response from them.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply and immediate action. You deserve praise for delivering a level of customer service that is extremely rare these days, especially in internet based companies. I can verify that as of this exact moment there has been no change or resolution of this issue. As stated in my original post, this is absolutely not a browser, operating system, cpu or device based problem. It is not affected in any way by variables on my end. I have reproduced the problem on at least 4 different cellular phones including android and iPhone devices and with multiple browsers on each. I have also accessed the game on multiple windows computers and with multiple browsers on each, i5 and i7 processors, windows 8 and windows 10, all of which produced the exact same result. I have repeated the persistent instruction to clear the cache, turn the device off for 10 minutes, etc… etc… hundreds of times and no change at all. The only thing that has ever happened differently is that once I opened about 6 different tabs within the same browser, and logged into the site on each tab. On the 6th one the game opened as it would normally. I had been instructed that if I ever got the game to run to repeat the $25 bet and it would automatically take me back to the bonus round to complete my spins. I did as I was told but the game did not take me back to the bonus round nor did it deliver any type of win for any bet amount. That session ended and the next time I logged in it was right back to the bonus with $25 bet and spinning reels… just as it is right now today. Thanks again for your help and I look forward to working with you to find a solution to this issue.

Because that is absolutely the way my luck runs sometimes. I’m that guy who won $50k on the lottery and while I was gone getting my cash my house burned down. Lol.
It certainly is an uncommon situation, and we can assure you the Casino team is taking a look and that there will likely be a clearer resolution brought forward once we’ve had a response.

NOTICE because this is important, all of the wilds that I hit on the spin that triggered the bonus. Even without the bonus that regular spin was going to pay an astronomical amount but the winnings of the spin that triggers the bonus is included in the bonus and not paid out until the bonus is complete so if the bonus doesn’t ever finish than the spin never has to pay out.

The next pic is of the bonus round in motion. Oddly enough it says zero spins remaining but it never completed even the first spin.
This last screenshot is from a completely different date and game, but in similar fashion I was in the bonus round, the wheel stopped on 500 which should have been a $2500 payout, but instead the screen froze and I ultimately had to exit out of the game and restart and of course i wasn’t credited for the win.
A payout won’t occur on any spin until it is completed, be it a bonus round or a regular spin, which is why we check for stuck spins and try to get players to complete them.
With regard to the reels and wheels if you can provide dates and times we will be happy to check that for you.

I would assume you meant either the 2nd or 3rd as the 23rd hasn’t happened yet? Also is this timeframe in ET or another timezone?
I have checked your early morning play on the 3rd for this game as there isn’t really any morning play on the 2nd but there doesn’t appear to be any games played around the XX:41 mark. You have play on reels and wheels from 4:48-4:49a ET before switching to Firestorm however your balance doesn’t match up with these screenshots.
So sorry. That was supposed to be the 3rd but as you already know that date is not correct either. I got the date from the photo data but that’s not going to work this time because i moved all of those image files from a secure folder to a regular folder and it changed the time from when the screenshot was actually taken to the time when it was moved to the normal folder… so I have no way of knowing when that occurred. Is there a reason why they would have closed a case without a resolution when they could clearly see that the spins were incomplete?
So how much was the credit?
I thought I noticed a couple hundred extra in my account yesterday. I thought I must have hit something I didnt see. I realize that they did not have to give me any credit at all and I should be thankful but I must say that I will be very disappointed if that’s what they decided was a fair exchange for a bonus round with a $25 bet on a day when the games were actually hitting. If that is the case I would like to go ahead and close my account permanently effective immediately.
So was that a calculated amount or what actually played out behind the scenes, just curious as I have been following this one
