Yesterday at 3:45-ish I hit two 10x/wild/multipliers and a double green bar. Each 10x is a wild and a multiplier of 10x - this should have been a $1,000 payout and instead I got $100. I reached out via chat and the agent, after an hour of “checking” said only ONE of the wild 10x’s counted. She told me “where in the rules does it say more than one 10x counts in the payout?” I pulled out the rules and showed her where it stated 10x’s are wild and what the pay out should be.

I had to show her where the rules stated such and such. I am still waiting to get the correct payout.

So you all take my money right away, but I have to wait an unknown period of time for you to recompense me what is due? FYI, this is NOT the first time this has happened, I lost out before because I thought I was wrong and didn’t see my payline correctly and second guessed myself. Seeing as this site gets routinely hacked, crashes and has so many glitches, bonuses don’t get credited, etc., I now am confident I was paid out incorrectly on several occasions. I have lost wins.

So your green bars would pay out 10 coins ($10) and with the 10X multiplier the winnings are now $100.

The winnings you received are correct and valid. The 10X symbol acts as a wild and will replace any other symbol to create the payline but the 10X is not multiplied for each one you have and its multiplied just the once.

So what you folks are claiming: the second 10x is recognized as a wild but the 10x multiplier part of it is not. How does this make sense? And this is NOT called out in the rules, no caveats or disclaimers. Honestly, sounds like a rule being made up on the fly, and not written in the regulations before hand. Ooops on Ignition’s part, not the client.

How is this kosher?

It states 10X per line not 10X per symbol.
