I have been a player here for barely a year, I’m also at the highest tier you can possible get too, and in my opinion it’s not at all worth getting to the top tier. If I would have known I would definitely have limited my play to keep me at about the gold tier. I swear back then I spent not even close to what I spend now and I used to get 2 of those emails a month and most of the time it was 3 and 2 was the minimum! I’d give a lot to have that back! It is absolutely awesome to check your account and see those free ignition rewards miles that you can use as you want, however you want! And believe it or not back then it seemed I’d be gifted $150-$300 worth of rewards miles usually every 2 weeks on the dot! And sometimes it be like every week and 3 days and I’d have another one of the emails with those free reward miles… the last time I got one it was for like $7 bucks literally lol and you guys reading this would slap me if you seen the amount ive put into this place… I do like it here tho but it does seem the longer I’m here the worse the player appreciation gets… I don’t mean to sound like a baby but I play a ton of different casinos mainly in person and if I had played the amount I’ve spent here at any casino I’d be getting free hotel stays, weekly free play, a weekly feee dinner for 2, concert tickets, you name it!
But on the other hand I am treated absolutely great here! Do I think they could do a better job with making sure players like me get a weekly free play or more often send out those emails we all love? ABSOLUTELY! Players like my self who barely let a 24 hour period pass before making yet another deposit should be getting something besides a match bonus on a weekly basis… not randomly. Now if I have ever cashed out $10,000 just 1 time or cashed out a good amount a couple times then I’d probably feel a bit different but I haven’t ever came close to cashing out that amount. In total I’ve probably only cashed out 5 or 6 times the entire time I’ve been here…
But I love the customer service there all extremely great to me no matter the situation! I hate thinking that player appreciation promos are given at random??? That sounds beyond stupid to me like that doesn’t even make since at all?? If it’s random then your telling me the people who’ve deposited over 25k and play every single day are going to be given the same offers or gifts as Joe Blow whose at bronze tier that’s deposited only $350 and cashed out $7,000 and only plays once a month? Ya I don’t get it either… I love this place but damn that does piss me off and is the only bad thing about this place! It not only bad but absolutely terrible. You can’t have your player appreciation rewards given out at random because your die hard daily ignition junkies are getting the shaft way more than they should. My last reward gift was for $7 bucks and yes I’m thankful for any amount but it doesn’t make me feel valued here and i dang sure don’t seem like I’m a diamond tier player… Any real casino that don’t give back very much (witch is rare) will atleast make that $7 a weekly thing not a maybe or maybe not thing. I feel almost everywhere I’ve ever played is way way better about taking care of there die hard daily players… but I don’t make the rules here… Everything else is great but that needs to change in my opinion and opinions are like but holes… everybody has one and they all stink!
Totally agree. That’s why I quit depositing on this Casino altogether, the rewards are awful, the playthrough is impossible and they just don’t act like they care about high tiered players.
Completely agree. I’m done depositing here until some free play or points get rewarded.
On pace for 5 figure deposits this month have less in withdraws and best offer I see is 25% match or the 15k in points and capped free spins once a week…wtf
@moderators I know you don’t control the promotions but this is terrible customer retention from your all site.
Not expecting a Jackpot every time out but at least have to make the high risk vs low reward worth it
I wish there was more information to provide here but unfortunately there’s not much more to provide that wasn’t already discussed HERE. Ultimately this is mostly at the discretion of marketing as they would provide anything that isn’t written on the website previously such as point drops and exception bonuses.
Also, the theme of this OP was that getting to a higher tier wasn’t necessarily worth it, which is somewhat different from your issue @The_Batman.
Again as mentioned we do provide feedback to the marketing team based on this Forum and these threads, but the bonuses referred to in this thread to are only exception or random bonuses. It doesn’t include deposit bonuses, reward points earned for gameplay, referral bonuses, BTC exclusive bonuses, our giveaways, freerolls, or poker bonuses. All of which are written and clearly advised on the website.
This is exactly on point of the OP, if you can’t get rewarded for a significant amount of deposits ($ thousands) and play regardless of your current tier then it doesn’t matter what tier you climb to. You will always be treated the same, as it’s always going to be the same answer. “We can’t provide any info, it’s discretion….”
Not blaming you but the moderators are the microphone in front of a wall that lacks transparency.
It’s a slap in the face to be offered $20 and a 35x rollover for the time and money spent.
And to add on, the feedback that’s provided to marketing never changes anything it’s just the’ go away’ button pressed when complaints come up.
End of day players are just a deposit number and anyone who decides to play here should remember that. This isn’t salt about losing I actually have not done too bad here comparatively it’s just principle about treating customers right.
What seems strange to me is that I don’t think I have ever gotten a random points drop, ever.
I participate in the Bitcoin Exclusive program, I make regular deposits, and I am a Titanium Level player.
I feel that somehow there must be a glitch, in that I am never given these random rewards point drops (that I can recall), when others seem to get them regularly.
I do get the random points drops over at Bovada once in a while, but usually only after a big loss.
I know this is all at the discretion of the marketing dept, but is there some reason why I would be overlooked entirely from points drops? I don’t get it.
I’m hanging in there for the birthday bonus coming soon, though…! (It better be a good one!)
While we don’t know the exact criteria of these point drops, I think it’s fair to assume it would take into consideration deposits and withdrawals amongst other factors. If your withdrawals are higher than your deposits for a specific period for example, I would assume that you wouldn’t be considered at that time.
This is just me assuming though, as I said we have no criteria for them, that’s down to the marketing team.
