There has been an ongoing issue where some players are registering late in a tournament and abusing the timebank feature by disconnecting on purpose so that they have a better chance of getting in the money. For some reason the time bank replenishes each time and it is very frustrating for everyone else at the table.
Could someone at Ignition look into fixing this bug?

I want to start off by welcoming you to the forum and thank you for taking the time to post!
We’re aware of this technical issue and it is in the process of being fixed. I don’t have an ETA right now, but we’ll be sure to update everyone once the change is made.
In the meantime, if you experience this at a Multi-Table Tournament, please report your experience to disconnectionabuse@ignitioncasino.eu and it will be looked into right away.
the Disconnection Protection Policy Page has been updated as well with further information.
I got it say the ignition disconnect feature works pretty well I got disconnected on slots giving me free spins and then restart the machine and it gives it back… but I do see sometimes some slots just freeze and stop so I let it rest and move to the next one.
This is specific to poker tournaments, not slots, but I’m glad to hear its being worked on, thanks @William
