Hey ignition, there is a major issue with the cash games lagging when playing multiple tables. It keeps folding my hands before I can even see them. I know for a fact this is an issue with the site and not my computer. If this isn’t fixed by the next time I play I’m withdrawing and putting my money elsewhere.
So the hands are timing out before being able to get to it and respond?
Anyone else experiencing issues?
Yes it’s happening when I multi table cash games. It doesn’t show anything at the top for the other tables and then when I click on them it goes in fast motion and sits me out if I was dealt in. Extremely frustrating.

It happens more times then i can count. This happens when i just open 2 tables. 3 tbles or more then everything freezes and you try to load iot back up and now you’re stuck on 59% loading. It’s what to expect everytime. smh
Is this all through the downloaded client or mobile/browser versions too?

I am still having this issue days later. Anytime I have more than 2 tables open, the games lag on whatever tables I don’t have up on the screen. It sucks. This causes me to time out of hands, miss blinds etc.
I fn hate getting stuck on 59%
Yes I’ve also had hole cards shown face down and u can’t see cards until about to be mucked

Y’all still haven’t fixed the multi-table lag issue. You realize y’all rake more, get more money the more tables we play at once right. You would think it would be more important to patch. 5 days now.
We’ve had our support team look into it and this couldn’t be replicated. Its possible the connection your on has difficulties when opening multiple tables. Maybe using another device or different strength for the device you’re using can help
Wow this is literally still a problem two months later. I would think with all of the site maintenance and long shut downs your team would be able to fix something that seems pretty simple, but apparently not. It works on my phone but on the computer the multi table feature is a complete fail. It is clear ignition does not care about this from the user’s point of view, but let me try to explain this in a way you will understand. When I can’t play more than two tables, I play less hands. This means you do not get to take as much rake from me. You are literally making 1/2 as much money or less than you would if this issue were fixed. There that should be enough incentive. Please just fix this so you can make more money and I can play more than two tables at a time.
Matt, you might want to hire some more competent people for your “support team”. This is clearly an issue that other players are experiencing too. It is pretty sad that y’all can’t fix this super simple problem after 2 months. Makes me wonder if there is any “support team” at all. What a joke.
Haven’t played much poker in a while so not sure if this is what you are talking about but there used to be an issue where the tables would freeze if they were visually blocked. For example, you open a web browser to look at something when it’s not your turn, the game will no longer play the beep to notify you of action, the table won’t progress, but when you bring the table to the front again it will jump back to the present.
Might be the same issue if you have substantial overlap or stack tables.
