Poker Software Issues November 24

hey guys, apologies obviously for any issues here and we’re actively working to resolve them. Note, anyone who was financially impacted will be able to PM us and have us look into it once the issue has been resolved by PMing us HERE.

I have the exact same experience every time I contact customer support. They try to make you feel that every single thing going wrong is an isolated incident on your end that is completely your fault and no one else is having the problem.

I had pocket A’s in one tournament then I was kicked off the server. I downloaded the desktop app and then played in a new tournament where I had AK with A on flop. I bet most my chips then was kicked off again! Please reimburse me for these! I played slots a bit earlier and was kicked off but I thought it was my wifi! Happy its not just me!

yes I was in a tournament and got kicked off and it folded the rest of my hands as play continued until I busted out in 60th. Would like reimbursement for this tournament please.

Not only has the site had terrible problems over the past few weeks. Today I had 4 crashes in the span of my MTT. In one, the next hand I was dealt was AA that I saw in the hand histories. I was short stack and that would have allowed me to probably double up. Lovely.

Well what if I personally dont have tournaments #? Its kicked me out from sit and go or freeze. When I login back ( sometime after 20captchas lol ) some time tournament is over because it super turbo. Or logging and find out you are all in with last 20 chips. Chip and chair dont work for me usually . I dont loose a lot , Maybe 5-10 $ top. But its upsetting.

I’m getting an all black screen trying to log in.
edit. I logged out and back in and it’s at the regular home screen now

I was kicked out multiple times trying to play tourney poker today, including a hand in which I had trips and aces. This is ridiculous. Does management ever offer credits or refunds for games like this?

We’ve heard back that the Poker Software issue has been resolved, can anyone confirm if they’ve had any recent issues? (Last 5 minutes or so?)

I just tried to log in to poker on the website and it keeps bouncing me out, so no – I don’t think it is fully resolved.

Scratch that - I just tried again and now it seems to be working.

I got the password is incorrect also, but then it told me that the software needed to be updated.

After I updated the software, I’m now getting and all white screen without being able to see anything but the information on the top bar:

I just tried to open the poker client and rather than getting into the poker lobby, I get sent to my cashier transactions and it appears that there’s no way of me getting into the poker lobby. Here is a screenshot of what I see

I finally got logged in and registered for a mtt but it just loads to 59%.

edit: After exiting and re-entering the table multiple times the table fully loaded.
