Now I try to log in a second time. I complete the captcha successfully again but rather than take me into the poker client, a webpage opens in my web browser: https://www.ignition165.com/account/headless/bonuses. And my poker client hasn’t been opened.

Have exact same problem. Happened on two separate occasions today. Fortunately I wasn’t involved in any pots at the time.
Happened to me too sometimes. I have to close the client with task manager and try again. Usually works. If not, close and try again, it’ll work.
Can’t change settings either. Click on it (to mute sound etc) it says “no request data, request failed.” Even after I closed the client and restarted, same issue, same message.

at least i can get a few hours of my post being posted without it being flagged by a mod who’s name rhymes with PAM!

I got kicked up 20 or 30 times from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., still can’t log on it affected my tournament play tremendously oh, I hope you guys fix this and looking look at reimbursing people

This is crazy, I had to buy into a tournament with my miles because my Bitcoin withdrawal is held up so I can’t make another deposit, anyway I enter this tournament #38272301 and have been knocked out of the screen more times than I can count. Even though I cashed it is still not very fair to deal with and use my miles in a tournament I could have gone much farther in. Please help Mods, every mile or dollar counts.

That is exactly what happens to me, it continuously flips screens until you have to shut it all off, delete your cache and rejoin and then play captcha games and hope you have not lost too many hands in the meantime. Mods help…

This is ridiculous. These issues happen regularly. You guys need to upgrade your systems and make sure it never happens again.

I need reimbursed at the very least for 7 dollar 70 knockout. Kept kicking me out of site and wouldn’t let me back on. Ended up 1 out of the money with ZERO bounties because couldn’t stay on loner than one hand

It’s 3:15 AM CST and that video of the website logging in and out is still happening to me right now. In fact, that’s been my issue for the last 24 hours.
I just finished speaking with someone over the phone, and they said that the issue had been resolved about 30 minutes before I called; however, that isn’t the case.
The website is still having the same issues that it had yesterday.

I’ve been with Bodog/Bovada/Ignition since about 2004, so I’m well aware that they’ve generally had some of the worst software in the business since then. They’ve also denied problems on their ends most of that time. Part of it can be chalked up to “the price of doing business”. Like, the reload glitch was always annoying…but didn’t fundamentally make the site unplayable. Glitches like what were happening yesterday make it unplayable…since they’re frequent enough and fundamental enough to really matter.
