Ridiculous they say accounts have been credited but I didn’t receive a penny in credit and I didn’t screenshot getting kicked off every spin, so when you steal spins and pots from us were just screwed, I believe ignition needs to compensate every player in this forum a courtesy chip or bonus credit $100 down the drain trying to play, not kool! WE WANT A GRATUITY CHIP FOR THIS ISSUE WE ALL DESERVE AN APOLOGY ALONG WITH A BONUS. Something like this “We at ignition recognize the network and technical issues you have experienced we are giving you $$$??? To show our appreciation for your patience while we had this issue resolved” or something close to that!!! You just took the money from everyone in this forum posting here, you should give everyone back what they originally started the day with!!

Client worked fine today. Worked fine for about 2 hours then client just randomly closed down again and closed all my tables. This happened a few minutes ago. Luckily I wasn’t involved in any pots. Still see people often get disconnected today.

Getting a lot of the 59% loading lately. Very annoying. Especially sucks when I late reg. and have only 10 big blinds. Please fix this. Just registered for a turbo sit n go, couldn’t get in until 10 minutes later.
And I don’t want to close and open software because I will lose my notes. Can you make it so we don’t lose our notes if we open/close software?

if they are REALLY interested in fixing these problems… is it really such a bad idea to shut EVERYTHING down for 24 hours, fix the servers/bugs whatever it may be, and bring it back up with a stable product for Ignition’s customers?
