Poker table freezing during big hands

Many times the past several days I have been in a big hand, a big pot, dealt pocket kings or some premium, or maybe watch as I make the stone cold nuts on the turn while my table is dead. But, all my other tables are running fine. Tonight I even took a video of me playing a tournament while I watched my pocket Kings sit cold for 30 minutes until I finally closed the table. Iggy says the problem is on my end… like my hardwired internet can magically freeze one table on my desktop computer while another runs wicked fast and smooth. LOL. The other devices in my home are running perfectly with no connection issues. I have reliable, consistent, high speed hybrid fiber-coaxial cable internet service that my desktop PC is hardwired into. I was told that I “timed out” so they cannot reimburse or compensate me even though I would have won a large pot…I only timed out because my table was frozen and I couldn’t perform any action other than “CLOSE TABLE”. Anyone else having this issue??? There are billions of posts online about this but I am tired of it and want to get everyone talking about it.
It pisses me off when they automatically blame YOUR “end” when in these circumstances is impossible. I know it may be totally coincidence but each time one of my several tables running froze up I had the nutz, a high pocket pair or made the nutz on one of the streets. Never happened when I had 2-9 offsuit UTG. How does Iggys servers kill one table while another is running right next to it? Just want to see what everyone says about this. Thanks very much…
