Is there a way you guys can not delete our notes entirely if we close and open the client? Some of these software issues can be fixed by restarting our pc during break time but sucks if our notes would all be gone. Also I think it would be nice if you can let us take notes while playing on mobile. Numbers are way more harder to remember than if we were playing against names. Allow us to add emojis as notes or something so we can keep track.

Well technically they did implement what I suggested here haha but it wasnât feature related it was just a wording correction.
I donât think any actual suggestion has ever been implemented though.

@SHU106 Note that Jenny merely linked you to our delivered section. That is one thread of many, and ultimately the reason it is in the delivered category is because the original issue reported on it was addressed.
The current issue is a new one that is similar obviously and technically should have been moved to itâs own thread. However, weâve opened it back up now. This still doesnât change the fact that there are quite a few suggestions and issues weâve addressed previously, which is what Jenny was addressing above.

THIS particular problem is listed as âDeliveredâ.
It is not Delivered, even though you call it so, Thus, my point.
This is incorrect, it has been changed to investigating as of yesterday.
Further, as I stated above it was listed as âDeliveredâ because the original issue was addressed. This issue is technically a new one, but again we did change the heading to âinvestigatingâ for the new issue.
This also doesnât change the original fact again that there are other things weâve addressed and to state that nothing is ever fixed or taken into consideration is false.

Well, it was correct when I wrote it because it isnât âDeliveredâ.
This is also incorrect. Again, the original issue was âdeliveredâ hence the tag on the thread, but as this new issue isnât, we had already changed the tag prior to your post yesterday to âinvestigatingâ. No one had stated on our end that this was fixed and the tag had already been changed.
Ultimately as well we are still looking into this regardless of what âtagâ is on the thread at the time. We understand your frustration with the issue, but simply put by no means was this specific issue stated as âdeliveredâ (it was just brought up by players on a thread that was already delivered) and even the tag on the thread was changed with your input before your post above.

It has been sitting in the âDeliveredâ category for months.
And still to this day, it doesnât work.
You can call it a ânew issueâ all you want, but we all know what that is.
Yâall forum moderators are untruthful in many ways. Also I doubt anything gets reviewed to better customer experience. One enhancement to poker here at ignition over the past many years â rake enhancement. Algorithms to enhance rake draw are certainly on the rise. If you played here for years it formerly wasnât as bad as it is now. Proof being nearly every hand dealt has a chase from the flop to make the pot bigger, which in the end makes the rake(ignition Extra money $$$$) HIGHER

I donât know man, while I agree that the rake could be manipulated by algorithms, and may very well be manipulated somehow for all i know, to what extent and the reality of an altered server environment is debatable at the very least.
The thing is, while this site is not regulated, and is certainly illegal as hell in the majority of my country, the software being run is the same as on Bovado, a legal âregulatedâ site.
People that play slots are throwing away money regardless of where they choose to do it.
In the end the rake is much more easily manipulated by speeding up the tournaments, charging higher fees, and raising the blinds faster and greater. Cash games are a small portion of the rake ignition takes in, and the risk versus reward of manipulating the game software in a way that has been suggested on the forums doesnât add up to me at all. What I really think is that ignition could be the most cleanly run online casino in the world, and still there would be people on these forums whining about all sorts of things.
In the end, you make your own luck in life and in poker, so if you are doing poorly, get good or get going on another path. Just donât get too good and enter my games cuz I am just getting good enough to stay married, any worse and she may leave me!!!
