Usually when I loose a ton of money. You end up putting a gift of my accumulated reward points in my message box. Well it hasn’t happened in weeks and I’ve played a lot and no payouts. Why am I getting forgotten. A diamond level player??

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to advise if or when they will be issued to you next, I can only advise to keep your eye on your rewards page for these and of any future promotions and bonuses that may be of interest to you.
Yeah I think it’s time for me to get one as well… Ridiculous that I haven’t had a withdrawal since April. Steadily depositing the whole time. Ready for a points drop, promo team… Use your discretion, of course…

What happened to the ignition gift deposits? Used to regularly get them and to be honest it made losing money here a little easier when I was receiving those gifts. Haven’t had a withdrawal here in so long and now the gifts stopped. Plus no cashback on losses. This place is starting to become not worth playing

Going on 2 years without a single reward points drop. Thinking back I’ve never had one since I opened my account. Has anybody NEVER had a points drop with deposits totalling over $5-$10k at least??? Trying to figure out if I’m being singled out here or what the deal is. And yes my deposits total wayyy more than my withdrawals.
You are not being singled out, and this has already been discussed with you via PM, so I’m afraid we don’t have much to add to this post.
How are point drops calculated? Is it just completely random or do you have to spend a certain amount?

Ultimately these random reward drops are non scheduled point drops at the discretion of the marketing team so their isn’t really any specific details we can provide on them. They are meant to be a random surprise bonuses that players receive from time to time, but further than that they aren’t guaranteed unfortunately.

@Foster hello foster myself and my wife are very loyal guest of ignition casino company and there is alot of technical problems and difficulties and other major light weight issues that are just being straight forward delt with unprofessional behavior and the fact that I see her have some serious issues and ignition staff arguing with her about something she is right about anyway annie2020 is her screen name username and mine is kylos22 but we have been suffering and legitimately been having to undergo alot of stuff that isnt acceptable by any type of standard way of conducting business and the whole time we have been not treated as guest but just chop liver not to mention the fact that have been loosing so much money to maybe get a bonus or some actual time to enjoy the gaming experience we have signed up with ignition in the first place but we want to have these major problems an issue delt with I need to get into contact with like high level management staff and please can some one show some guest appreciation funds for myself and my wife thank you
