Im glad we mostly seem to be on the same page here. Its good to hear that everyone agrees that this casino is both fair, and reasonable. I would also like to note, in my experience, the most favorable outcomes are reached when the offended party stays calm, and reasonableā¦ seems like the occurence was just someoneās honest mistake, not an ill intentioned money grab.
If it were intentional they wouldnāt have notified us. Honestly if I didnāt get the email I would have never known about it

Yea at this point some kind of compensation is due. Itās been days plenty enough time to credit accounts who wasted money thinking that the game payed more than it did going by your rules you had made for the game so whatās the deal are we just sweeping this under the rug also.
We can assure you that there isnāt anything being ignored or disregarded here. We are still following up and will definitely eventually have a resolution provided as per the email/message you previously received.
We should hopefully have some further updates tomorrow but are trying to ensure we sort this out correctly with all players affected which does take some time.
Iām the one that found the error and reported it across platforms.
Matt came out and said there would be no resolve over the weekend. This isnāt as easy as it seems. The game was played under a few platforms and itās a big undertaking to go back and review tens of thousands of spins and who knows how many players it has affected.
Give the time needed to come up with the proper information and the proper resolve to it. They arenāt shutting their doors down, they just need time. They want to do it right not half assed.
Remember the moderators only relay the information given to them, they arenāt the decision makers in the process. I think a lot of you have lost sight of this.
They will make it right, give them the opportunity to do so.

So we were not compensated for what we got during the free spin rounds?
@Bsm_123 Remember, all gameplay and payouts were correct while you were playing so compensation was issued for the rule being incorrect. As a result, the value wasnāt determined on if you hit any wilds during your play and adding 2 or 5 time multipliers to those spins.
On Friday they were not correct so when I was in the free games I should still be compensated for when I had diamonds on reels One and two full and third wheel had 2 with sevens on 4 and 5
I should at least be paid out the five times multiplier without the free spin multiplier
@Bsm_123 Again, the payouts throughout all your play were accurate while you were playing. Only the one rule was written incorrectly. The game paid out the appropriate amount based on what the game is supposed to and we have since removed the incorrectly listed multiplier rule.
Thanks Matt. Its not what i had hoped for, but its about what I expected. I appreciate you, and your teamās efforts throughout. I have had similar issues with other online casinos, they simply closed my account when I brought the issue up, without refunding my remaining balance, so this is better than thatā¦
no playthrough wouldāve been nice though.
