Sit & Go registration

I cannot register to any sit n go.

Sorry to hear of any issues you’re having. Are you able to join the Lobby at start up, and see available tournaments? Is the tournament lobby available once you try to join them?

Basic troubleshooting for the Poker Client can be found in the links I provided here. If using the web browser or a mobile device, you should try clearing your cache and cookies, using Google Chrome and resetting your Internet Connection.

We’ve had some issues with the “Register Button” itself not being available, that thread can be found here.

confirm. it’s impossible to register to sit n go.

The button is available for me it just doesn’t let me register.

We would advise trying all the troubleshooting steps we’ve advised above. If none of them work we’ll look into further escalating the issue.

I tried everything suggested by you moderator and it did not work. Can you escalate this condition of the sit n go games?

We’ll look into whether we’re having any issues on our side, but nothing has been reported as of yet. In the meantime can you attach a screenshot of the message or error that is happening. When you click the registration button does anything happen?

We’ve gone ahead and escalated this issue for you. We’ll provide any answers we come across below as soon as they arrive. Apologies for the inconvenience.

In the meantime I would recommend trying a different Internet Connection, as this may be related to connection difficulties, however, we’ll have a clearer answer as soon as possible.

I am having the same issues. I can play mtts but no sng’s of any kind. Thank you for your help.

Thank you! But remember I only have one internet service provider and I’m not the only player with this issue.

On further review, there may actually be an issue on our end with these tournaments. We’re moving this over to ‘Investigating’ while we look into it.

This issue does seem to now be fixed, please let us know if there are further issues. We’ve moved this over to ‘Delivered’ as it seems to have been mitigated.
