Sorry to hear of any issues youâre having. Are you able to join the Lobby at start up, and see available tournaments? Is the tournament lobby available once you try to join them?

The button is available for me it just doesnât let me register.
We would advise trying all the troubleshooting steps weâve advised above. If none of them work weâll look into further escalating the issue.

Weâll look into whether weâre having any issues on our side, but nothing has been reported as of yet. In the meantime can you attach a screenshot of the message or error that is happening. When you click the registration button does anything happen?

In the meantime I would recommend trying a different Internet Connection, as this may be related to connection difficulties, however, weâll have a clearer answer as soon as possible.
I am having the same issues. I can play mtts but no sngâs of any kind. Thank you for your help.
Thank you! But remember I only have one internet service provider and Iâm not the only player with this issue.
On further review, there may actually be an issue on our end with these tournaments. Weâre moving this over to âInvestigatingâ while we look into it.
Just to update - Our Support team have been notified and theyâre working on the issue as we speak.
