Here is what I noticed. When I’m playing jackpot sit n go it freezes up vs playing featured games. Jackpots are faster so I choose to play but I’ve lost 3 games already from site freezing…

Are you playing through a mobile or desktop and the downloaded poker client?
Started off on phone now on desktop
If on desktop we recommend downloading the client
When on mobile, try to play on google chrome and minimize and background apps. Could help to also clear cache on mobile device as well.

am i expected to take a video every time your site is broken for you to have any accountability at all?
The casino games have been freezing all day and I’ve tried everything … for a while I kept getting an error trying to sign in and bitcoin address wouldn’t / still wont show up when I try to deposit .

I just lost $150 plating 3 handed blackjack when the site froze and was just told by live chat there is no problem on their end

Kept happening to me too … finally it logged me in . And then was slow . Real real slow .
it was extremely slow for me last night but still playable so i didnt take a video or do anything. today is it completely unplayable even if you manage to log in and not get the error i showed in my screenshot
This bullcrap, took 150 from me without being able to finish the hands in blackjack and was told they had no problem on their end
