Can you show us a screenshot next time of the jackpot being disabled as this isn’t really something that should happen.
If you were disconnected during a gameplay session but hit the jackpot, it would likely still register in your account. You don’t need to see the visual entertainment display to actually win these just like any other game.
Why are yall still depositing money here if yall know nothing works? They don’t care about you. They want your money and that’s the bottom line. Most DDOS attacks last a day at the longest, but many are sorted within a few hours. There are obviously exceptions to this rule, but it is rare, and for a DDOS attack to continue for multiple weeks? That’s a huge red flag with a company’s security / infrastructure.
Point in case, I’ve deposited over $17K in the last 31 days. What’d I get? 40k ignition points worth $40 bucks (WITH rollover) & a couple of customer service bonuses that I had to ASK for (worth about $300, also WITH rollover). Most people will probably not receive any of this “compensation” & those who do will probably feel particularly ripped off at how low it is. Just move on, honestly.

@cantseemtosleep I just want to clarify that everyone affected will be receiving the final compensation that is hopefully going to be cleared up by the end of the week.
@Matt I greatly appreciate your response & all that you & the rest of the mod team do for us. I know this isn’t up to you guys or something that you all have any control over. I’ve been playing at ignition for a long time now & while I’ve won amazing amounts of money, the majority of it was all given back & then some with all the extra deposits I make. I just hope that whatever compensation is given, it is fairy & takes into account things like the last month of deposits and/or wagers. I know you have no say/control over that either, it’s just hard to be optimistic when we’re seeing all these messages about “promotions” & “new jackpots!” like it screams “Come give us more of your money!” Hopefully they are fair about it though.

I have this problem every time I play sit n go jackpot, and like most of us we play multi tourney, sit n go, or whatever, this is clear to everyone. I’m sure and like all of us we already did the log in log out restart app phone and cookies blah blah blah… WE DID ALL THAT…
Any way it’s always costing me money aggravation time and more than anything my whole vibe, attitude, desire to enjoy and relax and play… I have lost 1000,s overall and only get the bare minimum back, because now I gotta do a job they should have logged already I’m supposed to find the time date and issues and tell you to only be told they don’t see a disconnection on there end.

I do love the sit n go jackpot but when 4 of 5 times I play I’m disappointed and furious with a negative attitude I’m not so sure this is beneficial for the player or business… we’re talking about billions of dollars here get your sht together and invest in top of the line equipment employees and software…

how confident are you in the possibility of comps will happen by the end of the week as stated above? i havent deposited $17k like a player above, but about a third of that and I still suggest that this compensation somehow reflects not only the tier levels of clients here, but also how much we’ve deposited during this absurd debacle. Like give us at half of our accumulated deposits back over the past 3 weeks, with no rollover. I’d accept that. I’m rooting for Ignition to make it out of this and truly hope that whatever comp comes that it exhibits generosity and gratitude for those of us who have stood by on hold, just waiting and waiting with bated breath. I have to echo what some others have said - seeing these new promotions roll out on social media and our inboxes can feel like a gut punch after enduring the frustrations for the past few weeks. I said this before - I could totally see that if the compensation somehow blows our minds and we dont have to go back and forth with agents having to plead cases for more and whatever is deemed as fair, then the windfall of support Ignition could receive from it’s client base on social media could be paramount. I would hope you all want that and perhaps it could not only bring more business, but bring back some customers who’s frustrations caused them to give up and find other options
