The slot games are constantly freezing…like none stop. Fairy wins won’t even open on my iPad at all for days. @Kareem
Look at my screenshots here…multiple games freezing all the time.
And I have logged out, cleared my cache, and logged back in but it over and over and this keeps happening.
We’ll check to see if we have any other common reports of this and circle back. However, they seem operational from our end.
Can you try another device and let us know if you’re still having the same issue?

Issues over here as well…I can give you times. Mine would just keep spinning as if it were stuck.

After my iPhone updated software a few days ago none of the slots are working on my phone. They either just sit on the loading screen and do nothing or they say “loading failed.” I deleted history cookies and cache none of that did anything, I e tried multiple browsers, and it’s not my internet connection

Yes it is very annoying…and it obviously an Ignition software issue.
Our Casino Team has let us know that this issue should be fixed now. Can anyone experiencing the issue previously confirm?
