Software & Website HORRIBLE Issues

As several of you have already stated I’m having the same issue of playing one jackpot sit n go, registering for another one, it getting stuck at 59% loading and never opening. I close the software and try to reopen it and I cant login at all. Just get an error message. I follow the troubleshooting on the website. It works for one tournament and then I have the same exact issue. I’ve had to contact chat twice to get the tournaments refunded and when asked what can be done to fix this they give me the ridiculous “clear you cache and cookies” answer. This is an awful experience.

Today really has been horrible out of the all the games I’ve played today I think I only played 3-4 without any issues.

Multiple deposits so it’s my fault for continuing to dump money basically paying to be pissed off and annoyed.

@moderators can you look at my games from today and refund me the ones I couldn’t play there’s too many for me to find on my end and don’t even want to bother with chat or phone support they’d only add to my frustration.

I gamble to relax not to be more worked up than before smh

@moderators how many of us have to report this before you all believe that this isnt an isolated problem? Why wont anyone address this problem? It happens to me every single day that i play on here. What do i need to do to get some help with FIXING this problem, not refunding the buy in and then acting like it never happened? I may not be a high roller but i spend hundreds of dollars here every month and i feel that I deserve a better answer on why this is happening. Blaming my internet connection doesnt work for me as ive tested this in a ton of different places with varying types of ISP’s and its all the same. Please if nothing else, can you “escalate this issue” or whatever it is you all call it when the issue is sent to someone up the ladder?

He meant you have to be disconnected for at least 70% of the game to be refunded. Never heard this rule before, but seems like the new go to excuse

I had prob yesterday getting disconnected, tonight I had 4 tables going and i got kicked off all 4 tables. So I reopened 4 new tables and got kicked off all 4 tables within 10-15 minutes. I was also playing at betonline at the same time and had no problems there. Im just hoping this doesnt continue but Im done for the night and will just play at betonline tonight…

They just make ish up… some say 60%, some will say 90% and then you’ll go to one all ready to argue and he will be just like “sorry man I refunded it” and you’ll be like wtf lol

After clear cache and cookies line… Then they are going to tell you about latency and how sensitive software is and the fix is connecting directly to source with desktop or laptop… And if that doesnt work then their is probably an wireless internet bs line coming

Even the mods here while they are way better than live chat will play the same game. After waiting weeks and sending screen shots and video of issues that affect gameplay everyday the only update I received was they needed to be uploaded and sent to email instead as link so they could investigate further. What the hell did they do first three weeks??? I’m over it. I have 400 in crypto once that’s gone then I’m playing on sites I don’t have issues while playing bc at the end of the day while they will refund any ticket affected they will only replace it and put me on same tournaments that 40 percent of the time I don’t finish and have to waisnt another hour to get replacement ticket. This is my experience 5 times a week here

The problem is their system integration…

And although their is only handful complaining there is probably 5x of customers who just logout and watch TV or play in another site and never complain.

Lmao this just happened to me like 2 days ago, had an off day and tried calling to have some tickets refunded but they said they saw disconnections so by the time I contacted chat support I was already heated.

Chat support guy was taking forever to reply again after he said “thanks for your patience I really appreciate it” & other times this meant I was about to hear some bs and since I was already frustrated I sent a message saying something like “I’m sure you do appreciate that I’m here waiting for you come back and tell me some bs excuse that you don’t see anything on your end”

The second after I sent the message he sent me a message saying he refunded the tickets :sweat_smile: I apologized and felt bad cause I’m sure they get crap from people all day
