Survey and not getting the bonus

I get an email for the casino asking me to participate in a survey. I did . The email also said id get 10$. I didn’t whats up with the lies

As I can see an escalation was made by the CS agent on your behalf, where the screenshot of email is attached as well. From there I see that the bonus should be added on March 17th. Today is March 17th, but the day is not over yet.

I also took part I. The survey and received the email and have not recieved the $10 yet .

I have not received mine yet.

As I see it was added to all the accounts on March 17th.
