anyone else here experiencing bad lag? tables are suddenly jumping forward in action and then i’m showing as sitting out. it just happens on one table at a time. i am not receiving any kind of prompt/message over the problematic table.
i’m seeing it happen to other players at my tables too so it is not just me.
Is anyone else having this issue?
i know you’re asking if anyone here in the forum is which i appreciate. i would like to gently repeat that i watched it happen to other players the whole session.
Yes I was just asking if it’s happening to anyone else. I understand your saying you saw some players disconnect, but there is no way to know that it was the same issue from your end.
It happens all the time! And it’s NEVER on your end!!’ It’s always us!! It’s ridiculous
When we have site wide issues; its no doubt on our end. But if isolated situations are happening to lets say 5% of players and 95% of players are fine; its difficult to say its a system issue when all players are playing off the same poker software.
If you have any specific tables or tournament numbers we’ll be more then happy to review it further too

it can be strongly deduced that what happened to me happened to them. when both of us go from sitting in, the action suddenly jumps forward, then we’re both sitting out. not just once but many times.
5% wow that would be a ton to accept
That would just be a hypothetical number but what I was trying to point out is that everyone is using the same software/poker link so if issues happen on our end it would affect everyone involved.
If there are isolated situations; those often vary based on independent user to user situations like speed, device, background apps, etc.
Isolated situations would require more detailed information so we can review it further
