Ten times Win wrong payout…

This has happened to me too many times but it’s about time I say something
I just hit the same exact thing except it was only with 1 10x and it paid out $15
And now I hit the same thing with 2 10x and it’s still $15
That’s now right being that it’s wild and a multiplier

These are wild symbols, so they will in this case give you 3x Blue Bar which is $1.50 x 10 = $15.00
If you have 1x or 2x wilds it would make no difference as the payout as the 10x is per line, the only advantage is that if you only had 1 in this case you wouldn’t have won unless you had another blue bar.

Same thing happened to me & altho excited about the wins I thought it strange that 2 10x symbols didnt pay more than just 1. It also only pays from the first column. I had 2 coins in & thought it was 10x the amount from the 2nd column of pay amounts but it dropped it down to the first column ?

@CalyxxA it is 10x per line as stated above.

IThank you for the clarification & altho different from what Im used to its clearly part of the rules nbd.
The other thing different that I question on my win is why was 40 used to multiply by 10 & not 80? I was playing 2 coins per line.

Cause you only got one 7.

From what I understand, the pay columns are based on how many coins your betting per line… Not how many of the symbols you get. The 2nd column is highlighted bc I was betting 2 coins per line. I dont know why that column isnt used when a 10x symbol shows up tho?

@CalyxxA They pay tables are not showing the bet per coin, but per symbol.

Then why does the highlighted column change according to how many coins I bet per line? If I have one coin bet, the first column gets highlighted, if I’m betting two coins per line, the second column gets highlighted, if I’m betting three coins the third column gets highlighted. And if you notice on both of my winning screenshots the second column is highlighted but was not used in the payout and youll also see that on the screenshot I just uploaded I did have two symbols and the second column still was not used

@CalyxxA I’m going to PM you regarding this.

Just circling back to this, I did send this to the casino team for some clarity on the issue, and I wanted to share it here with everyone.

The bottom line is that the amount that was played already factored into the win amount as indicated by column 2

(The columns do in fact indicate coins played)

The amounts in the 2X column and the 3X columns are both 2x and 3x the amount of the first column.

The multiplication has already occurred in the paytable itself and does not need to be done again by multiplying the coins played.

So in this case:

Three red 7’s pays 80 credits when playing 2 coins = $0.25 x 80 = $20 then multiplied 10X for the multiplier = $200

Three any bar pays 2 credits when playing 2 coins = $0.25 x 2 = $0.50.

This is very misleading. It should clearly state in the rules that the wilds 10x value does not stack. The only reason I’ve played this game is because of the chance of 100x, which does not exist. Very frustrating after putting in hundreds of dollars for a chance at something that isn’t possible.

Welcome to the Forum. Note that the rule posted above does clearly indicate that this is multiplied by 10 X per line. I understand it doesn’t specifically say they don’t stack, but there’s no reason to believe they would either as the only rule that applies states it is only 10 X. It also clearly shows the symbol as paying 1500 for 3, which if it was a multiple wouldn’t be accurate either. 10 X 10 X 10 would be multiplied by 1000 and not a value of 1500.
