Thunder Crash has some major problems so be careful. If you try and cash out just before your plane crashes it asks you to Reload so you think its your computer when its not. You can see the cash out button was pressed. This is about the 10x this has happened. Happened to me yesterday and lost about $400. Was not happy.

If it happened once or twice I understand but when it happens 4 times in one session it gets very frustrating. Hopefully this gets resolved because I can see its becoming very popular and also a big revenue maker for Ignition.

Disappointing to say the least
What did your “investigation” find? Any good news? I never heard back from anyone. It was a total of $400 I lost so I am curious about what happened or what was being done to resolve this.
We haven’t heard back yet on this case but we were provided with a timeframe of mid week of the upcoming week for an update

#1 Seems about right. Did it to me 4 or 5 times with $100 per game. A loss of 400 atleast.

Gameplay was checked regarding this.
Everyone who had an issue will have been reached out to individually.
Anyone who didn’t it was deemed that game rule 9 kicked in, which states:
“What happens if connection to the server is lost?”
“The game will follow the auto cash out rule set for the bet that was placed”
