Without going into it in depth I feel I was cheated out of $59K the jackpot screen came up on 10 times Vegas got 3 symbols but no jackpot. Went through the process and they said they didn’t see it happen. Was mad but a few months later I’m back. Did turn $6 bonus money into $2500.00 in about 1 hour easy come easy go… or something

No it didn’t and that’s why lawyers didn’t get involved What odd is they didn’t even see the jackpot screen come up. Sent me the logs too. Meh I’ll live but it did toy with my emotions for a bit. lol
I’m having the same issue but with $1214 on 777Deluxe. They’re doing the same to me. I’m not scared to escalate it though. I’m just wondering how legit this site is when they can’t ever compensate for anything. They ask for screenshots but I could easily edit a photo… even if someone legitimately has a screenshot you can’t tell the difference is what I’m saying. You can edit metadata to look like it wasn’t messed with. I’d rather stay transparent and have quality customer service. It’d make since if the same person had tons of issues but when we tell them our side on things it’s as if they dismiss it immediately and find a way not to compensate. These moderators wouldn’t get in trouble, it’s their job to make sure we are well taken care of. I know they do as much as they can but it seems like they don’t at times.

The site will lose a lot of traffic and money in the long run if they don’t figure something out fast. From the looks of it this has been an ongoing issue for a while. You can only poke a bear so many times before it fights back….

I was also told I was the first to ever have that issue, seeing a bonus spin amount and not being paid. This post states otherwise, so was I lied to?

Well lawyers wouldn’t help at all anyways, the site is owned by a Canadian dude and based out of who knows where, they’d laugh at any demand letter.
But yea that happened to me on Reels and wheels xl recently I even posted about it here on the forum. It wasn’t a jackpot though, I was betting $10 and got all 3 symbols for the bonus wheel but it didn’t open. I got a screenshot and video for good measure… And was told it was a display error
