It has been over 2 days is this normal? Doesn’t take this long on other sites maybe 4 hours at the most. Thanks
Hi @Richmix8888 and welcome to the forum.
I’m sorry for the delay regarding your withdrawal. Requests take approximately 24-48 hours to approve as its based on volume.
I’ll take a look at your withdrawal and send you a PM shortly.
Thanks matt
This is my third consecutive withdrawal taking 5 days or longer. I don’t think it’s right that the 24-48 hour time frame keeps being cited when clearly it is taking 5 days or more. It’s rather insulting to be honest, and seems to be creating more frustration among the customers.
Everyone can understand that sometimes a company has a backlog that can take some time to resolve, but the latest withdrawal delays seem to be more than a backlog, like it’s the new standard. If 5 days is the expected wait time, that’s fine as long as customers are told that fact and not continuously misled.
@DaddyPuff The 24 - 48 hour time-frame that’s provided is always stated as an estimate. While we aim to process requests during this time-frame, it can vary depending on the volume of requests we receive. With that said, I’ll take a look into your request to see if there’s anything I can do in the meantime.
That’s the point! I got a call from Ignition about several issues I am very concerned about, withdrawal times being one of them.
So, Ignition takes a long time to give you your money claiming some mythical “approval” they need to do on money that is in their accounts and that they control.
But, don’t we all get it? Ignition forces a cooling off period on your withdrawal requests and offers to let you put the money back into your player account. Isn’t that nice?
Really, it’s a way to keep the money on the site. It’s not your money until you actually withdraw it back into your bank account or cryptocurrency wallet. Remember that. As long as the money is still on the site awaiting “approval” it is not your money, it is Ignition’s.
And, they will do all they can to keep that money in their accounts.
So, that is why we all end up waiting long past the supposed “up to 15 minutes” for a withdrawal… such BS.
I was told, "Oh, ya… that means you get it up to 15 minutes AFTER an initial 24-48 hour “approval” waiting period. What??? That is so openly deceptive. I do mean, it’s a lie. A. Lie.
I was told that my comments were being taken down to be “considered” by the muckity-mucks and powers-that-be, whatever that means. Probably get right to it in “up to 15 minutes”… you know… after that initial 24-48 hour “approval” waiting period that, according to many in this forum, does actually take WEEKS!
LULZ to this place. Seriously.
I had a funny visualization if this were real life. Imagine how long the line would have to be at a brick and mortar casino if it took over 5 days to cash out, lol. Now that I think about it, there’s a brick and mortar casino 45 minutes from me, they even give free food to players!! Yes, I realize this is essentially beating a dead horse, and I truly apologize if this is considered offensive, but we are all frustrated.
So true
HELLO? I guess Sam must have forgotten. It’s the awesome service we’ve recently done to expect. Ignition failed, flameout imminent
Finally got it, 5 days 17 hours.
@DaddyPuff I can understand that it’s been frustrating for you and I can assure you I certainly didn’t forget. I’ve been working on getting this sorted for you, and as a matter of fact your request was processed a few moments ago.
To address everyone’s concerns, all withdrawal requests need to be reviewed before being processed. Our usual time-frame is about 24 - 48 hours, at times this can take longer, but also there have been situations where withdrawals have been processed in under 24 hours. The 15 minute time-frame that’s being misquoted is referring to the average time it takes for a Bitcoin withdrawal to reach your wallet once it has been processed.
Been well over 48 hours on my bitcoin withdrawal request and no chat representative or email can help me figure out what’s going on…
@Jgirard23 Your request is currently in the queue to be processed, and you’ll be notified once it’s been sent out.
Since I requested my withdrawal bitcoin has dropped 500 dollars in value… does that mean I’ll get bitcoin in what it was worth when I requested the withdrawal or when I actually receive it?
You will receive the appropriate amount of Bitcoin based on when it is issued not requested. Therefore, if Bitcoin drops in value during the approval process it shouldn’t affect your withdrawal USD amount.
However, once it is sent to your wallet any fluctuation will affect the value.
You get insanely more amounts of help on this forum rather than any other means of communication on this site so thank you
It’s now been well over 72 hours since my request to withdraw… is the system just backed up?
Unfortunately looking into your withdrawal it does seem to still just be awaiting approval. We apologize for the delay, but will continue to follow up with any updates provided.
If it is processed by the order it is received does that mean that every withdrawal request sent after mine is going to get approved after mine? Seems like a lot of people are going to be waiting way longer than the mentioned 48 hours
I requested a cash out multi days ago and still havent received it. 9aqerj5pk is the reference number
