Just here to address the concerns with 10 Times Vegas as the game was and will be put back up as mentioned above. It seems that the game had an error that occurred around October 29-30th where the Jackpot reels were paying out as scatters and in reels that weren’t left to right, but this has now been changed back as this is the actual way the game is meant to be payed out.
In other words, the issue was actually with the recent changed payout structure, and not the previous way the game worked. Hence, there isn’t really any issue or missing payouts here, and in fact some players were provided higher payments than intended from the game.
We of course will honor those payments as this was our error, and will hopefully have some updates in the near future as to why the game had changed it’s jackpot payout.

We will notify this thread of any changes as we have them, though ultimately this might have just been a technical error. I get the suspicion, but we have in the past provided compensation on other games that were proven to be paying out incorrectly, so this one would have been no different had it actually been incorrect.
Just to update the thread for everyone; we have since received word from our Casino Team that the game is back online.
The issue in which for a short period of time had the jackpot reel paying out based on a scatter format has been resolved.
The jackpot reel has now reverted back to its original state which was to pay out on a left to right payline as all the other reels in the game.
The game rules will also state the payout structure for the jackpot reel:

Thank you. I have removed my post to not add further confusion. I thought it had returned to left to right based on posts and a phone call I received from customer service, but I have chosen not to play the game since and just wanted to verify.

Matt I actually encountered the same problem others have documented tonight. Your team should take another look because I noticed the payout was incorrect a few times. Once it happend a few times I jumped out. This should be investigated. Just saying.

Thats what I thought. It only paid me $100 but my wager was $3.00. Should have paid me $300.00 correct?

This must have been happening frequently. I had a similar situation in begin Nov and they played dumb as well. Maybe like 4 hours of chat wasted over three days to get a response from financial team that " Upon review you were paid out correctly " . Not until I kept playing with the math and amt per line did I get it. Very unclear - almost want to say that’s why this game was taken down sometime time in Nov. Nice hit though, yours was a bit better than mine.
CS sucks for anything that isn’t a cookie cutter response. They pay out pretty quick here, compared to some other sites with better CS but takes a week or two to process. Thats what has kept me around. Games seem to be mostly tight until you find that lucky window randomly were they loosen em up for an hour
